This piece is framed charcoal on paper. The artwork measures 3" x 3" unframed and is matted and fitted into a black wooden frame bringing the outside dimensions to 7.5" x 7.5". There is a sawtooth fixed to the frame making it ready to hang.
Kavanagh grew up along the banks of the Hudson River in Dobbs Ferry, NY. She received a BFA in illustration from Syracuse University. After many years working as a graphic designer in Manhattan, Amanda decided to return to her passion, oil painting. She has been exhibiting her work in galleries since 2006 and her paintings are included in private collections around the country. She currently lives and works in Brooklyn NY.
