A New England native, Lizzie graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in 1993 with a BFA in painting. She lives in Boylston, Massachusetts.

Lizzie's most recent body of work is an about-face in both subject and technique. After years of subtle landscapes, these newest paintings, while still quiet and resolutely unpeopled, incorporate a much brighter palette and a more studied use of composition.
