Faryn Davis, of Fernworks, creates dimensional resin landscapes which blend real specimens and minerals with imagery inspired by the natural world. This piece is part of Faryn's ETA34 collection.

Based in the mountains of Asheville, NC, she blends small hand painted scenes and found specimens such as real grass, lichen, feathers, gemstones, and ethically sourced bones into dimensional resin artwork. Each piece is hand painted with toothpicks and brushes, layered in epoxy, then polished into delicate, dreamlike 3-D landscapes populated by magical symbols, birds, bears, foxes, and other creatures.
