Keli Kogler is an emerging self-taught artist from New Jersey. She works in multiple mediums, but watercolor is her favorite at the moment. Her paintings tend to depict vignettes of the natural world with a touch of surrealism--a dram of anomaly.
When searching for inspiration, she borrows from dreams and makes it a point to very closely observe nature--she's never disappointed. Studying nature on a more intimate level helps her appreciate the little things which can often be overlooked.
This piece is part of Keli's Enormous Tiny Art Show #31 collection. "As artists, we have this incredible ability to create something beautiful, and turn our dreams into something tangible. This particular group of paintings is about capturing the magic of nature and exploring concepts that can relate to the human psyche."
