Having earned a degree in art, Teresa McCue’s initial focus was creating serigraphs using hand cut stencils to study the impact of color.  Currently she works in three mediums - oil, acrylic and pastel, each with unique properties. Although there are sometimes differences in the imagery produced by these various materials, there is a consistent thread throughout: atmosphere and color are her focus. Always based in nature, succinct compositions underscore a sophisticated use of color and evoke spirituality and serenity. Her work can be found in private and corporate collections nationwide.
