In-store customers can inquire at the desk - all you need to provide is a name and email address.
If you shop in both places, simply use the same email and your points will accumulate on the same account.

ONLINE
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you will be notified via email.
To use a reward, you'll be prompted to redeem it first. 
A unique coupon code will generate when redeeming your reward.
Use this code at checkout by copy-pasting it into the Discount field at checkout, then clicking 'Apply'.

IN-STORE
If you redeemed your coupon code but would like to use it in-store, simply present the code to staff at the counter.
If you accrue enough points for a reward during checkout, our system will notify our team, and you will be asked if you would like to redeem at that time.

You can use any dollar discount reward in tandem with your free shipping code when you have reached that status, however you cannot stack dollar discounts. Our website can only accent one personalized code per order.

They do.
Points expire one year after they were earned. For example, if you earned 300 points May 5th, they will expire the following May 5th.
When points are earned toward a VIP status you will stay at that status for a year, but will be automatically moved to a lower tier if the annual requirement for the current tier is not met by the following January 1st.
