We want you to feel great about what you purchase from Nahcotta. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, keep all original packaging and contact us right away at info@nahcotta.com.
For insurance purposes, we’ll need photos of the damage, the original box, and the shipping label. We’ll provide a return label so the item can be sent back to us. When possible, we’ll replace the item at no cost. If a one-of-a-kind item cannot be replaced, we’ll issue a refund.

Returns

Returns are accepted for store credit only within 30 days of purchase, with receipt, and items must be in original condition.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Artwork and one-of-a-kind items
  • Special orders (including custom or personalized items)
  • Dated items
  • Fine jewelry
  • Seasonal items
  • Sale or discounted items

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Artwork, Deposits & Layaway

All artwork sales are final. Deposits and layaway payments are non-refundable, regardless of payment status or timing.
