Return Policy
We want you to love what you purchase from Nahcotta. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. If your item arrives damaged keep all original packaging and contact us right away at info@nahcotta.com. For insurance purposes, we will need images of the damage, original box, and shipping label attached. We’ll issue a return label (call tag) so the damaged item can be sent back to us, and when possible we’ll replace it at no cost to you. In the rare case that a one-of-a-kind item is damaged, we will refund your original payment.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your item, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original condition.
Please note the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Original artwork
- One-of-a-kind items
- Jewelry
- Sale or discounted items
- Seasonal or perishable goods
- Special orders (e.g., monogrammed glassware, custom jewelry)
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns made after 15 days and up to 30 days may be eligible for store credit only.
Artwork Policy
All sales of original artwork—whether paid in full or through layaway—are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or reimbursement.
