We ask that you inspect your purchase and its packaging within 48 hours of receipt. If for some reason there should be a problem, please notify us immediately. If your purchase is damaged, keep all original packaging and contact us immediately by phone (603.433.1705) or email (email@example.com). For inventory purposes, we will need to issue a call tag for the return of the damaged items to Nahcotta. We're happy to replace the damaged goods at no cost to you.
If you are not satisfied with your item, a return or exchange can be made within 15 days of purchase if in its original condition. We cannot accept returns on the following items: sale items, original artwork, seasonal goods, perishable goods, or one-of-a-kind items. We also cannot reimburse cost of shipping. After 15 days, returns may be made for store credit only. Special orders (i.e., monogrammed Simon Pearce glassware, custom sized floor mats, etc.) cannot be returned for reimbursement or store credit.
Artwork, whether purchased in its entirety or through layaway, is not able to be returned, reimbursed, or exchanged.
