SALES FLOOR MANAGER
Nahcotta seeks an enthusiastic and effective full-time Sales Floor Manager for our Portsmouth, NH location. The ideal candidate would have high integrity, be a great communicator, quick learner, organized, self-directed, and motivated to help us grow. This position is customer facing and will be based exclusively on our sales floor.
This is a good fit if you have strong interpersonal skills, thrive in a dynamic environment, are warm, authentic, positive, and above all, have the ability to communicate well. Prior experience in management and retail are a huge plus.
Major Responsibilities:

Maintain and build excellent client relationships to support sales and community

Managing daily operations from the sales floor

Guiding sales team throughout the day

Promoting an authentic customer/art/product-focused sales culture

Supporting Nahcotta leadership in overall inventory management

Maintain an aesthetically pleasing store environment
Estimated Weekly Hours: Full time salaried position, five days a week (with health benefits and paid time off)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Management experience preferred
Retail experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on a team
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience with or ability to learn our sales platforms (Shopify and Lightspeed)
Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
Must be based in or around the NH Seacoast
