Australian artist Alex Louisa mainly works with oils, PanPastel and watercolor, but loves to experiment with new materials as well. She focuses on elements of the natural world that grab her attention - birds have always been her favorite subject, but she also enjoys creating interesting still life compositions and landscapes.

ETA #37. It has been over 5 years since I visited Oregon, but it was a treat to finally revisit my photos of this beautiful area, and recreate this stunning coastline in oil paint.
