MJ Lee is an artist based in Los Angeles, CA. She weaves beads into small, intricate paintings of dreamlike landscapes from her imagination.  

This piece is part of MJ's ETA34 collection Landscapes for Your Home. In her own words: "This is a small collection of beaded landscape paintings floating in frames of polymer clay and wood. These sculptural paintings bring dreamlike outdoor sceneries into the intimate scenes of one's home. The medium of beadwork is evocative of cross stitch decor found in many traditional American homes and the subject matter of landscapes is an allusion to classical landscape paintings also common in many domestic spaces."
