Terms of Use
Transparent by default.
We keep our program intentionally tight β quality over volume. These terms protect the artists, our retail clients, and the integrity of the program.
Who Qualifies
The Nahcotta Trade Program is open to working interior designers, interior decorators, architects, creative directors, production designers, home stagers, and art consultants. Applicants must provide proof of professional practice (business license, design organization membership, or equivalent credentials). Resellers and retail buyers are not eligible.
Discount + Pricing
Trade pricing is for professional use only and may not be passed directly to non-professional end consumers at markup above cost. Discount codes are single-account, non-transferable, and cannot be stacked with other promotions or sale pricing. Nahcotta reserves the right to adjust trade pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
Art Loans
Loan requests are evaluated on a per-project basis. Loaned works remain the property of Nahcotta and must be returned in original condition within the agreed loan period (typically 2β4 weeks). Members are responsible for safe handling and any damage sustained during the loan period. Loans are available within the continental US.
Commission Requests
Commission inquiries are facilitated by Nahcotta but negotiated directly between the client and artist. Timelines, pricing, and scope vary by artist. A non-refundable deposit is typically required to initiate a commission. Nahcotta does not guarantee specific outcomes for custom work requests.
Early Access + Confidentiality
Early-access previews are shared for sourcing purposes only and are not to be distributed, reposted, or shared publicly until works are listed for general sale. Images shared by Nahcotta for mockup purposes are for internal client presentation only β not for publication without written permission.
Membership in Good Standing
Nahcotta reviews trade accounts annually. Inactive accounts may be deactivated. Misuse of the program β including reselling below retail without authorization or sharing member codes β will result in immediate membership revocation. We take the program seriously because our artists do too.
