"Inspired by a vacation rental in Palm Springs my family has returned to over the past several years, this painting is part of an ongoing series inspired by a place that has come to feel both familiar and just out of reach. In this piece, I changed the painting inside the house to one inspired by my sister’s work. It was my way of making it feel more like our home, of holding still in a place we love." - Leah
