Margaret Solow | Los Angeles, California
A deep ink-blue kyanite, faceted and oval, with a single pear-cut diamond bezel-set in gold and tucked right against it β the small bright thing against the dark stone, like one star over open water. Kyanite is a moody blue, almost denim where the light pools; the diamond keeps it from getting too serious. It hangs from Solow's signature cord: fine nylon, deceptively strong, hand-knotted with an 18k gold bead and finished with an 18k clasp.
Material: Kyanite, diamond, 18k yellow gold setting, nylon cord
Dimensions:
Length: 16" long
Large stone: 10mm x 5mm x 4mm
Small stone: 3mm x 1mm x 1mm
